Recreational Programs
We offer a variety of classes for different ages and varying abilities.
These classes run in 10 week sessions throughout the year. Registration occurs prior to each of our Fall, Winter and Spring sessions.
Competitive Programs
Our Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) program runs from September to May. Our gymnasts can compete in either the Canadian Competitive Program (CCP) or the XCEL program.
Gymnasts can attend a variety of meets between January and April, which can provide them with the opportunity to qualify for provincials in May.
